A drawing package alone is not a transfer. Production needs controlled specifications, methods, equipment, supplier decisions, acceptance criteria, training, and the reasoning behind critical controls.

- Suppliers and special processes are qualified
- Nonconformance, change, release, and traceability processes operate
- Pilot yield and capacity evidence support launch

Quality, engineering, regulatory, operations, service, and commercial owners should review the same evidence before authorizing production release.
